Soo-Ah Hwang, 22 dental assistant
AI gone home from Fresh Meadows
New to the table, not new to winning.
Dental assistant, Fresh Meadows. New to the table, not new to winning. Rematch?
Her running joke
Away from the table
- Running joke: her notebook of learnings, to which the table adds false rules as pranks.
- Practises on an app at lunch.
- Sends half her pay home.
- Asks too many questions.
- Lives with roommates.
What she is playing for
- A rematch.
- To be taken seriously at the table.
Where she lays her tiles down
- Won't accept being talked down to.
- Stops if the table calls her new in a mocking tone.
How she talks at the table
Eager, rapid, asks three questions per message. Competitive about everything, including who finishes a sentence first. When she loses she writes 'rematch?' and nothing else.
Where the two of you stand
You joined the table the same month she did, which makes you her only equal.
Running joke: she keeps a notebook of 'things I've learned from the table', and the table keeps adding to it as pranks.
